“Excellent holiday, tahamm you”

“We had a really nice stay, and the price was excellent considering the standard of the hotel. The pool and gym were great, and we spent time there with the kids every evening. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Berlin, whether I’m travelling alone or with my family. The location is also very convenient, with the subway nearby and plenty of parking available in the area.”

“The parking facilities was quite expensive in comparison to a much lower price in neighboring buildings. Despite being a family of four persons, we kept getting only three towels and it didn’t seem that our room was not properly vaccumed when arriving and thoughout the stay. In general the stay was fine, despite the minor details mentioned above, but in reflection in comparison to the price we would properly not chose this hotel next time visiting Berlin or recommend it to others.”

“The perfect hotel for our Berlin-getaway. Visited as a family of 4 - two kids under 6. Really fresh and clean hotel. Room was great. Spacious and extremely quiet. Common areas + pool was really nice, especially useful in 38 degrees (celsius) heatwave. The only thing I'd consider is to limit the hours where kids can use the pool? It got extremely loud - didn't really affect us but for the sake of other guests. Extremely nice value for money. Potzdamer Platz is a great spot to explore Berlin from. Looking forward to the next visit.👍”

“Fantastic location, spotlessly clean and quite spacious rooms. Staff disappointingly unhelpful on the couple of occasions when we needed their assistance.”

“Originally given a room next to some quite major refurbishment works. Works starting at 8.30am until 5pm. Plastic sheeting covering floor, plastic up over the walls, hole in ceiling above room door with wiring viewable, presumably for electrical work. Asked to move rooms which they did, but to be honest, they shouldn't have even considered that a suitable room in the first place. Good that they're doing maintenance, but could be managed much better. Also, ice machine on our floor not working. No sign to indicate that it was out of order - just a locked door. No sign to indicate where the nearest working one might be.”
