Best Motel | Hotel in Bitter Lake, Washington

“Some upgrades to the property like the flooring. Ac had a smell coming from it that we couldn’t stand and had to shut off the air and live in the heat. Sheets and towels had stains on them. Some towels had holes in them and were ready for replacement. Floor was sticky and left a black residue on socks and feet. Rough area with alot of drugs and prostitution but its a gated lot with lots of cameras which increases the safety. The front desk lady Joy is very nice and helpful. Makes me feel bad about writing a negative review because she was really nice. For the price it’s alright but dont expect perfection.”

“We loved this little motel. It is no frills but it’s clean and we felt very safe. The staff were over the top helpful. My parents stayed in a big name hotel and wished they could move to our motel. It’s truly a hidden gem.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 separate nights while visiting Washington. We will definitely be back. The rooms we stayed in were amazing and the beds were even more amazing! Felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Also felt like we were staying in a 5star hotel suite. Everything about these rooms were outstanding! Joy, the front desk gal was super sweet and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place! We also felt very safe as it's a gated complex.”

“Only drawback is no ice machine. Other then that its a gated motel with very comfortable rooms. Has a sink, microwave, and mini fridge.”

“The area around the motel felt sketchy at first however we were in and out of the motel late at night and it was safe. The one good thing is, the motel is guarded by a gate. The staff was really nice and super helpful. They helped and guided us how you to go about our short trip to Seattle. Great value for your money as long as you are not expecting too much, room are decent, clean and spacious. Accessible to bus route, 30 minutes ride to downtown. Will definitely go back again.”

“This place had a secure gate to enter and exit the property. Once mastered, it was a comforting feature. The line had been washed in scented laundry detergent. Being scent sensitive, this made it difficult for me to sleep. The overly large and firm pillow was also a problem. The room was very quiet and otherwise would have made for a fine night. The location was great for heading out on a cruise the next morning.”

“Best for a reason! Wow, I felt impressed with how modern and well maintained the motel is, and a bit sad more hotel managers don’t rise to this occasion of up-keeping a building. What’s especially unique about this spot compared to its competitors across the street it that the parking lot is gated. So if you are looking for secure, free parking and a nice clean space to sleep, this is the spot! They do make it clear though through a sign that they will not do check ins earlier than 3. Also, this is not a spot I’d recommend if you have friends stopping by, as they have to go through the motel staff to be verified they aren’t an unscrupulous character. Though if you and a partner want a safe comfortable place to sleep, this is 100% the one! Also has a nice Pho restaurant and Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Would stay again for sure.”
