Summary: We chose to stay here again because of the kindness we experienced last year. During a road trip, our car broke down in Rolla and we unexpectedly ended up stranded for three days. Even though the pool was closed for repairs at the time, the motel was affordable, clean, and the staff—and honestly the entire town—made a stressful situation so much easier with their kindness.
This year, we planned our route so we could stay here again. It was great to see the pool open and looking beautiful! Our room wasn’t quite as clean as we remembered from our previous stay, but it was still perfectly acceptable and much better than many budget hotels we’ve stayed in. The value for the price and the positive experience we had here are the reasons we came back, and we’d gladly stay again on future road trips.

Summary: The room appeared to be clean, but ended up killing a cockroach by the tv, had ants in our bathroom and our beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I usually enjoy Best Western, but unfortunately not this trip.
