The hallway to our room smelled terrible, one of the employees was giving me a hard time when I requested extra towels. There were only 2 in the room and we were staying 5 nights (we don't have our room cleaned during our stays). My husband went to get milk during breakfast and it was "spoiled", the bagels were hard and they use an off brand cream cheese that was disgusting and doesn't even taste like cream cheese.

Upon check in, we got to the room to find the floor has not been swept or mopped and there was visible dirt and sticky spots. There top duvet on one of the beds was also dirty. (This does not inspire a lot of trust that other areas of the bed were cleaned.) We got a text after check in saying to message if there were any issues. Messaged 10 minutes after check in and it was never addressed. We also got a check in from hotel.com that messaged the property. Neither were addressed. The next morning, our family of 5 were looking forward to breakfast (a reason we booked) and all were dissatisfied with the selection. Bacon was transparently thin and tasted like plastic. Eggs were probably from the powdered form. Even the waffles which are hard to mess up had a weird taste. The pool and workout room was satisfactory but nothing to write home about. The bathroom is the size of a matchbox and only holds one person at a time. If you’re sitting on the toilet and someone walks in, you’re getting hit with the door. We didn’t have any soap in our dispenser. It also doesn’t have ventilation so mold is an obvious future issue. The TV did not have all the channels listed on the guide and the ones that were available had HORRIBLE reception. Often lagging and splotchy view. From previous reviews, you can see that there has been some issues addressed but this is far from what I would have expected for the second highest rated hotel on hotel.com. We would not stay again.

Clean facility. Very generous sized room and friendly staff. On the down side, whoever chose the chairs for the room obviously bout them for their looks and did not sit in them. They push the upper back forward leaving you in an inclined position. Very uncomfortable. This is also the first time I have been in a hotel that uses the dispensers on the wall approach - but encountered one of the bottles (body wash) totally empty.

Clean, newly remodeled room

Room was clean and pleasant but heavy rains were able to get inside the room thru a window. We used towels on floor and called for more towels but none came at night. Had to get myself in morning. Upgraded room is nice but TV not working when we were there. None of these were deal breakers as I just needed room to sleep. Breakfast had decent offerings as well. I would again use this hotel for its price to value.

I love this hotel, Im a resident and enjoy just getting away from home. It's very peaceful and relaxing there I end up booking another night! The staff is amazing the manager Mahil is very nice.

I had an amazing stay this time, I loved it so much I booked another night and the manager on duty Mahil made sure I was good and had excellent customer service.

The hotel itself was not bad, most amenities and furniture were new however there was a landscape crew on site the entire time that was rather loud and left doors propped open overnight, so the security aspect left a lot to be desired. The floors in all 3 rooms we had reserved were absolutely disgusting like they hadn't been swept in weeks. you could walk across the floor in socks, and they would be covered in dust and grime. The pool would have been extremely decent had it actually been filled properly (it was about 6" low). It was my first time experiencing salt water and I'm not sure if it was just me, or there was way too much salt, but it made it rather difficult to swim. I understand the hotel is going through some renovations which is why my review is in the middle, I appreciate the changes I can see them trying to make, however in the meantime there are some things they could easily fix to make it even better!

We were looking for a clean, comfortable, budget friendly room. This place met that criteria very well. There has been a lot of construction and final touches are being done. The pool was good and breakfast was also good. Once final construction is done, this should be a good reasonably priced option in the area.
