“the night i stayed. (one night) tried to figure out if there was a bus staying or ppl were just rude. could hear doors slamming and ppls conversations. all i wanted really from breakfast was a yogurt cup. got a machine instead. got very little out of the machine. didn’t want to break it”

“The beds were really comfortable, rooms were clean. Everyone felt rested after a good while of driving. The only complaint would the shower drain in our room was clogged and there was a 2 inch puddle of water in the shower BUT they had a tech in the room before we even checked out and got it taken care right away.”

“E everything I saw was very good dining room, nice and clean. The food area was kept up the person who was in charge of taking care of. It did an excellent job. The only one problem that I would like to bring up need a shower bars to hang onto I’m handicapped and needed handrails but showered anyway it worked out.”

“Super nice and helpful staff; clean, neat and nice room; good location close to Manchester, Vernon, and Hartford; and easy on and off local highways and interstates. My personal mission was to ride the three Manchester area bike paths in one loop and it was the perfect location to do so. I simply pedaled up Taylor Street a short distance from the Best Western and jumped on the Hop River Trail, moving on to the Cheney Rail Trail, then down to the East Coast Rail Trail and back from the Bolton end of the Hop River Trail all the way along back to Taylor Street. Fun! I'll definitely stay there again.”
