“The stay was fine for me and my family but I noticed the staff wasn’t as welcoming to us as to other guests. The surrounding area is very shady and ghetto looking. The hotel itself was in decent condition and my room was pretty clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient. I had a pool view and I could see they would rinse the deck everyday and clean pool every other day.”

“We stay here every year when attending anime expo. Good location close to restaurants and a Walmart. Breakfast and free parking. Staff is always friendly. Has a nice large lounge area with tv so we were able to watch the World Cup as well”

“My daughter and I planned a trip to LA, this location seemed like a good choice based on activities we had planned. We pulled up to the hotel to find a burned down building and the location was pretty rough, very industrial, which we just didn't know any better, so could have done more research. We felt unsafe at the idea of coming and going several times a day, so we asked to choose a different best western and the staff was not at all amenable. We were forced to pay one night even though we did not stay there. We like Best Westerns so we did find one in a more suitable neighborhood, that we felt more safe in. I think they should warn people that there is a problem on the property, had I known there was a burned building 20 feet from the hotel entrance we would have made a different choice.”
