“Room wasn't cleaned during my time there, but the staff took care of all problems very rapidly and were very friendly especially with Teddy my standard poodle. I'd definitely stay again.”

“AC was not cooling. The room needed some deep cleaning because it smelled of dogs. The night check in staff was not friendly and curt. We asked if we could move to different room because AC didnt work. He said no other rooms available. The next morning the front desk was friendly along with the manager were delightful and very attentive. The breakfast staff girl kept all the food refilled, fresh tasting and spotless clean area. She was also was very friendly during the breakfast serving time. The breakfast food was typical hotel breakfast food and was hot. Id stay again but would make sure that the room AC worked before unpacking. It was storming badly. We were already 2 hrs later than planned as we prebooked early morning to stop there.”

“So. Front desk guy was completely nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean with first impression. Then I had to pull the bed away from the wall to get something that had fallen. That’s when I notice a half eaten piece of bread and what appeared to be a mouse trap about a foot way. And I am pretty sure those beds have been pulled away from or moved since they built the building. Still some drywall dust on the carpet. Under the bread and mouse trap.”

“The Hotel presented itself well and the rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was very good. Our only issue was the TV would not turn on and the refrigerator had a loud wind noise. I didn’t report these issues until we checked out because I assumed maintenance would not be able to get to them after we had checked in late anyway.”
