Best Western Potomac Mills | Hotel in Dale City

The room was wonderful, breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.

Good Hotel overall , but no microwave in room .The rooms are small but clean . The soap and shampoo are low quality and need improvement. Staff are friendly and helpful. Front desk is great , had a dog barking on my floor and they took care of it immediately after being notified. Housekeeping is quick to respond to needs of extra pillows and towels.

The room was clean and comfortable, but upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, I was informed there was no television service available during my stay. Disappointing, but it was too late to find other accommodations. Also, as I went out to get my bags, the police rolled up with lights flashing do to some disturbance on the property. The parking seemed somewhat unsafe with multiple signs reminding that the hotel is not responsible, and poor lighting.

Good price, good location, good service, and best of best coffee on breakfast. Recommend this hotel.

Clean room, yummy breakfast, easy check in and check out process. Only stayed one night with kids, family friendly.

Facility was nice and the people were great. During our stay the television did not work for three out of the four days and the ice machine on the 6th floor did not work.

This stay was booked through Hotels.com. A week later we stayed at the same place booked through a different service. They were within 40 cents of each other in price. This stay was better because we had a tv that worked. We used the fridge to keep drinks cold, we slept equally both times. Their beds are comfy. We like this Best Western because we know the food options nearby. Our daughter lived in Woodbridge for a couple of years and this was our go-to when we would visit. They've instituted a new security measure where you need to swipe your room key in the elevator to go upstairs. We weren't too excited about the extra step. Their continental breakfast is decent. Eggs, waffles, cereal, coffee, yogurt. We love that we can get coffee on the way out.

This is a nice hotel. It’s close to the interstate and in a safe area near some shops and restaurants. The room I stayed in was super clean, and the AC was already on to cool the room when I arrived, which I appreciated. The staff was super friendly and check-in and check-out went very quickly. I appreciated the buffet breakfast, which was really good. Lots of choices to eat and drink! I’d stay here again.
