Bethesda Marriott Reviews
“The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean. I have no complaints whatsoever.”
“A 4-start hotel that feels like it's already pretty worn-out. Not to sound like Basil Fawlty here, but the clientele is a bit rough...loud groups looking for a deals. The hotel is more than 2 miles from any restaurant, so its basically unwalkable. The neighborhoods nearby are fine, but its just boring apartments and sidewalks, with nothing to look at. The air-conditioning unit in my room caused condensation in the bathroom, leading to a ceiling tile falling and smashing on the sink at midnight. Staff was helpful. Parking is $25, but the parking system is unclear. After you pay to park at the hotel, you will need to drive somewhere for dinner and pay to park somewhere else, before driving back to the hotel. If you are going back into the city in the morning, you'll have to deal with traffic for a third time, wondering why you didn't pay more to just stay in a hotel in the actual downtown.”
“Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Parking system remembered our car and made coming and going through gate very easy. TV had a good range of channels. Bathtub was kinda odd. Up higher off the ground. Had to bend over a bit to wash hair.”
