Summary: When we first checked in they told is there was no parking available (they have only a couple of spots on the property). We started walking to our room, we went through a lovely hallway and then ended in a sad part of the hotel where the drop ceiling got really sad. Despite the hotel not being packed they put us in a gross room at the back of the hotel above the kitchen that smelled like food and had no AC. We went back and asked for AC. He low key shamed us saying that no one has ever asked for that and changed our room which was so much nicer in the nice part of the hotel. TLDR don’t accept a room key to a room above #10 cuz then you are going to the old sad part. The location was good. The breakfast was nice but the the guy running the service was interesting. He has rules like you can’t take the salt or a bottle of water to your table.

Summary: Great locatiok in a beautiful town. Staff were very friendly 10/10. The only let down is room did not have an AC. We assumed it would have deapite on the description it not clearlg mentioning it was available. Cannot imagine staying in summer with the heat :/ otherwise all was great

Summary: Beautiful property, excellent customer service. Great breakfast. Upon checking in we were upgraded at no cost to a bigger room. The manager gave us 10% discount to the Term Spa. The restaurant on the property is out of this world!

Summary: This hotel is a bit like the Tardis: Bigger on the inside than it is outside. There is onsite free parking & lifts to the rooms which are warm & of adequate size. Staff were very friendly. I had had a 6 hour drive in bad weather to get there, so whilst my wife went to the San Pellegrino spa I stayed to rest and find somewhere to eat. I was under the impression that the hotel had no restaurant, so I walked up & down the town but only found only empty, gloomy bars & cafes. Despondent I returned to the hotel, only to discover they have a wonderful grand dining room with excellent menu, professional waiters & very reasonably priced wine list. The restaurant was initially hidden behind discrete, closed, unsigned doors. As the evening wore on the doors were flung open, the restaurant appeared and subsequently filled. This hotel gives a lot more than it's Hotels profile indicates. I enjoyed my stay and thoroughly recommend it. I only wish I had found the restaurant before my rain-soaked stroll around town.
