“the 3rd night was a nightmare the room smell so bad,sewer issue or something , I taught it will go away if I leave the door open but nope,in the morning i try to see if i can complain before i live i was surprise to find out that there is no one at the reception...the reception close at 8pm never been in a hotel where the reception is closed. since i have to leave asap I didn't have time to go check if Blaucel sister hotel has stuff there... please have them to check The sewers odors or air conditioner just to find out what make the room stink that much. I SHOULD BE REFUNDED FOR THE LAST NIGHT, i pretty sure they know about this room situation. thanks Console”

“Hotel very clean, decor slightly dated. As a couple of girls in their early 30's, we were very much the youngest people in the hotel! Not a problem for us, but if you're looking for somewhere lively this hotel may not be for you.”
