“The actual stay was pleasant, but parking is a bit of a problem. Being asked to pay to park in the lot next to the building is akin to something I expect in Chicago or New York, but Manhattan KS??”

“Everything was very good. The towels were rough, could have used some softener.”

“Upon checking in we had to wait for 20 minutes for an employee to show up to the front desk. Even after calling the hotel (no answer) we still had to go find an employee from the bar to help us. She tried to help but did not know the check in process. The next morning the employee working breakfast was great. Went to go check out and ask about parking fees, again no employee at the front desk. We ended up just leaving. Very frustrating for what used to be a very nice hotel!”

“Personally asked the two service employees cleaning rooms on our floor staff to clean our room, and they literally ignored our request. Informed the front desk who assured us the room would be serviced. It wasn't and never was during our three day stay. The excuse we received was "new management." Apparantly the new managers aren't very good at running a hotel.”

“While this hotel is a great place to stay, the price, on top of having to pay for parking and breakfast just isn't worth it.”

“Check‑in could use some improvement. There were two ladies working the front desk—one was very friendly and helpful, even while dealing with attitude from the other. The staff member who checked us in showed noticeable attitude, which made the process less welcoming. The hotel itself was clean, and the room was nice overall. The only issue we experienced was the bathroom sink draining very slowly. Other than that, everything met expectations for a comfortable stay.”

“Our room was clean and comfortable but we were disappointed that we now have to pay for parking and for breakfast. This was not the case the last time we stayed there. We were told it was because it's being bought out by the Hilton.”

“The bathroom had a dirty wash cloth on the floor the shower floor was very slippery. The shower curtain was draped over the toilet paper and was wet when I used it for the first time. The room size was very nice.I don’t think I would be staying there again. I came at midnight on the fourth and no one was at the front desk I rang the bell more than one time I called for someone serval time no response. I went to use the restroom and came back to another guest at the desk and finally got waited on.”
