“I thought the room and hotel was clean. The elevators situation were to slow. Don't know why we had to pay extra to park in the garage, That should be free since we are renting the room and also, since we have to strip the beds down and make sure that the rooms are cleaned up. But, everything else seemed fine.”

“We had a very relaxing visit our space was clean. Bell hops were very polite and came shortly after we called. All amenities were operational. Every thing we needed for a badly needed few day of R&R including a restaurant that sold good food was within the hotel. Our view from 28th floor overlooking the ocean provided terrific sunrise and sunset pictures from the balcony. I”

“The picture didn't look like what it was we ended up making due and had fun I'd suggest putting a nice set of chairs on balcony for better setup not plastic chairs with no table...which the picture shows table and chairs not plastic chairs.”

“Everything was generally satisfactory, and they were quite accommodating. However, we specifically requested a clear ocean view, and they informed us beforehand that they couldn’t guarantee it. But if they genuinely know that they won’t have it, they should have informed us so that we could make an informed decision before it was too late. Unfortunately, once you’re there, you can’t get your money back, which is not very helpful.”

“It's okay, we only needed to stay one night as we were in town for a concert. Room was comfortable and the view was fantastic.”

“Check in was an easy process. Once parked in the parking garage came in to the elevators which before getting on the elevator you have to put in your floor number and it takes you straight there it's a different setup not like your normal elevators which is weird I've never seen anything like that before, so if you put in the wrong floor you will be taken to the wrong floor and then you have to get out press the correct floor then wait for another elevator to take you to the floor you need to go. The room was very dated as well as the bathroom, it needs a good overhaul of the furniture and the bathroom. They grab handlebars in the bathroom was rusted broke, and the toilet kept running all day. The on-site restaurant, Kelsey and Kim's, is only open on certain days and certain hours and I went there one day they was open when I walked in there was no one to greet me I stood there waiting for approximately 10 minutes before someone walked out from the back and it appeared the gentleman was the only one working in the restaurant since he seated us took our orders and brought our food out. When checking out you have to do certain things in the room in order to check out with an additional charge such as removing the sheets from the bed taking the trash out. During stay you're only allowed limited supplies giving you complimentary toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, Etc. None of these things are listed in the description when booking. needs upgrade!”

“The lack of elevator use during my stay was unacceptable as an older person with health issues I had walk up and down 20+ flights of stairs.”

“The rooms are super out dated, the kitchen chairs was so old they were peeling. We had to move rooms because the ac was broke. The carpet through out the building is shamefully old and dirty! The saving grace is the location. DO BETTER FLAGSHIP!”
