“Incredible everything. I needed to finish a work project so I spent 4 days on the porch, enjoying the ospreys and watching the boats sail by. There were bunnies and swaying tall grasses. The sunsets were breathtaking. Waking up in that master bedroom is like opening your eyes on a tropical island. The kitchen has everything you need. I just can’t rave enough about it. ”

“We had a great stay at the Happy Place. The house had beautiful views, was comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen, and was clean (except for the anticipated bay bugs and ants in the house). We were not anticipating the well water to have such a strong smell, but it was bearable. The house didn’t quite feel like it was open for the season, ex. Bikes not super accessible, shed was rusted shut, and very dirty windows (which we cleaned the exterior of so we could see out of them). The host was outstanding - responsive, solution oriented, and kind. We had an issue with the AC and she was on top of it, even though it was late at night, and found us multiple solutions. We would stay here again, especially given how great Lexi was! ”

“The house was lovely!! Looked just like the pictures. Kitchen had everything you needed. Location was great - waterfront with gorgeous sunset views from the porch, loved watching the birds and the boats. The gas fireplace was great on the one chilly, rainy day. We enjoyed our stay!!”

“As commented on by a previous guest the photo of the bridge is very misleading - it is next door The entire island has private water access making any walking impossible. The house has a very small water front Only 1 broken adirondac chair. The screen on the porch was damaged and useless. An old toaster/ small cooker kept blowing the trip switch and hence useless There was a smell of drains inside and outside on arrival and the agent was contacted immediately The house has no identifying number so can understand previous guests frustration in not being able to locate it The house needs love and $$ spend on it The hosepipe outside the front door snd broken lights for example Having previously stayed in a fantastic, faultless house 3 hrs away costing less $, the contrast was significant”
