Summary: Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait.

Summary: Excellent overall and clean. Best location near where I grew up. Restaurants and juice shops within a few seconds walk. The only bad thing is the rooms need more outlets to plug my phone and laptop chargers. There is barely any in the room.

Summary: we had serious issue in the bathroom and was fixed quickly. I believe this should not happen in the first place as the hallway was full of water
