“The reception staff cares less about you. No warm or even cold welcome. Didnt even look at me more than say 1 second during the entire transaction. Asked for a 1st floor but issued me a ground floor room. I get it. Misunderstanding. But when I asked to be switched, the guy looked at me like he was about to murder me. clicked away on his keyboard for several mins and then announced room will be ready in 2 hours. I just took the ground floor. dusty. If you are health conscious, you should stay away from this place.”

“A nice, well maintained and affordable place to stay that’s convenient to downtown Boulder and the University! Would stay again!”

“The room was fairly clean, but it had a weird, pervasive odor. It was like a home built in the 40s that belongs to an old lady. Kind of musty. There was a little bit of mold in the bathroom, but not even close to the worst I've seen. The front staff were nice and got me into the room quickly. I probably won't stay there again, but it wasn't so bad that I would warn people away. I thought at first it could use paint and that would explain the odor, but it looks like it had been recently painted.”

“Location is everything and this has it. Right on the creek trail. Right near Pearl Street. Right near the campus. Plus a pool and free parking. Staying here is a no brainer.”

“We had the corner King. The room had plenty of space and was clean and bed was comfortable. We were in town for a concert and the location was great. We would stay again for these reasons. The gentleman who checked us in was personable and gave us plenty of useful information when asked about the surrounding area.”

“We always enjoy staying at the Boulder University Inn. The staff is super nice, it's very centrally located so you can walk everywhere. It has easy parking - we were even able to park our Uhaul trailer in the parking lot with no problem. And the prices are reasonable compared to other options in Boulder. I would highly recommend it and will stay there again.”

“Perfect for a few days in town. Room was clean, spacious, quiet. Staff are totally lovely. As a lower-cost option for Boulder it’s a no-brainer”

“Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Figuring out parking was a bit frustrating. The main lot was full and I only found the parking at the back of the property by accident. I realize the hotel is right in downtown Boulder so parking is tight but there should have been some clear indication as to how to find the adjacent lot.”
