“The location was great only a 10-15 drive to Andover. The property is lovely, has a really comfy, cosy feel to it. The beer garden is lovely. The staff are super friendly and I believe the manager or owner is very friendly and welcoming. Only downside was that we stayed during the heat wave and as it’s an older building there’s no air conditioning. They were kind enough to put a fan in the room but was very hot and the bathroom for very stuffy as the extractor fan wasn’t the best. Otherwise a really really lovely stay ”

“Only two words of advice - stay here. The staff is super helpful, the rooms are comfy, and the setting is beautiful. Enjoyed a lovely walk on the trails leading from the Inn past farms, a pond, horses. Met the most delightful locals along the way. Clean and comfy with a delightful "pub" restaurant.”

“Rooms and hotel are in need of refurbishment ,room was very basic with noise heard from other rooms. Lighting in the rooms was poor very dark. Could not fault the effort from all staff and the food was excellent especially breakfast very good value for money
