“Lovely accommodation, huge comfortable bed and a beautiful garden with sitting area and flowers right off the back deck. Jan was lovely and made check-in very easy. She also had a cute dog little dog by the name of Sandy who was a pleasure.”

“Beautifully quaint, very roomy and very clean. Fridge was packed with goodies, and even a fresh cob loaf was left for us to enjoy. Everything supplied that you need. Comfy bed, and even had access to the garage to lock up our bike & trailer. Beautiful gardens, with lovely private courtyard. Neighbour in other part of the property was extremely friendly and helpful, and was mindful of our privacy. Great quiet location, just one street back from the main street. Was lucky enough to be there for the Penny Farthing Race Day / Festival /Market day. Had a great viewing advantage as cottage located on the back leg of the racing lap. Would highly recommend this property to anybody. ”

“Very cosy and comfortable accommodation with a personal caring touch. Cottage was set in a rustic beautiful garden. It was easily accessible to Launceston and north eastern areas, very private and quiet. It was a great lication as a base for exploring north east tasmania knowing we had quiet comfortable accommodation to return to. Check in was very efficient and all our needs were met.”
