“Would not recommend. Very shabby and rundown looking. Bags of laundry littering the hallways. Bedrooms and bathrooms need a complete overhaul. ”

“The hotel clearly needs refreshing it’s tired and a bit scruffy, bathroom in particular. Car park full of huge potholes and large puddles.
Staff friendly and helpful. Price reasonable but higher than nicer venues just outside Forest Row.”

“The room was quite spacious though a bit shabby. There was no one at reception at first but i didnt have to wait long, she was very helpful. Even though there was live music in the bar it didnt disturb me. It was fine for the one night i stayed there.”
