This cozy home offers an open floor plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen all open to each over with beautiful cathedral ceilings. The bedroom offers a queen bed and a TV! The bathroom offers a tub shower combo and plenty of towels.
Step out onto the patio and relax around the fire pit and cook your meals on the grill after a long day at the beach!
There is also an outdoor shower for guests to rinse all of the sand off after a full day of sun and sand! Beach chairs, towels and a cooler are provided for guests to enjoy!
- No parties or large gatherings. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise at a minimum after 9pm.
- All types of smoking are prohibited inside the home. We charge an additional $500 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence or odor from smoking.
- Pets are not allowed inside the house. We charge an additional $250 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets inside the home.
-No additional guests allowed at the property. A charge will arise for each guest even if they do not stay the night.
- When leaving the home, please turn off all lights and set heat to 68 degrees (or AC to 80 degrees) Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
