This is a custom New England cottage with upscale appliances (Wolf range, Subzero refrigerator), granite countertops, gas fireplace, 55-inch 4k UHD TV with Harman Kardon sound system, Sonos music system, heat and a/c, private beach. Perfect for families with many tidal pools in front of the property. Please note that our house did not suffer any damage during the 1/13/24 storm.

Dolphin Marina Restaurant just across the bay only 5 minutes by boat or 10 minutes by car. Beaches are beautiful for sea glass searching. Amazing wildlife viewing: watch bald eagles and seals right from your living room.

We had a wonderful time at Potts Point. The house is beautiful and the setting is truly stunning. Our host was so responsive and thoughtful in every interaction. We look forward to returning!
