overall, the place was nice

the fact that the elevator to the portion of the building with room number starting with 300 had been out for several months and had not been advertised correctly. when we arrived and discovered the elevator was out, we had to tote 6 people's belongings and food up 3 flights of stairs along with handicap persons and their equipment. We chose this property and room due to it having an elevator due to having handicap individuals in the party. we notified the property and told that maintenance was working to make necessary repairs only to find out from a tenant/renter that the elevator had been out for months. we asked to be moved to a different room and after almost 36 hours was able to do. needless to say, the start of our vacation was not pleasant. we left voice messages and never once received a call back. once we mentioned it was a violation of the law to not have a handicap accessible room, only then were we offered a different room in a different area of the property that had a working elevator. then had to move all of the belongings again as it was like starting over.

Location was perfect and the condo was true to pictures, spacious and tidy. Communication was excellent.
Negative:
The parking garage has some flooding with heavy rain.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Brass Rail very much and would definitely vacation there again in the future!

We loved everything! From the kitchen amenities to the parking deck, elevators to every room, pools, hot tub… it was amazing!
Negative:
Even though the property was listed as an ocean view, there wasn’t a view of the ocean.. we did enjoy seeing the many types of birds and wildlife in the trees.
Summary: Just want we had hoped for. Perfect for our family!
