This home is a quiet little retreat in a private area, while still having great access to the rest of the city. Most major attractions are 15-20 minutes away, with multiple major veins to the city close by. The home is nestled just down from the quaint downtown area of Grandview, with one of the best Mexican restaurants two blocks away and some of the best pizza in the city less than a mile away
This is a unique and cozy home. Memory foam mattress, vaulted master suite with custom lighting in the ceiling, white crisp linens throughout. Completely renovated by a craftsman with many things you would expect to find in high end homes...tile floors, slow close cabinets, granite countertops, $6k whole house water filtration system, reverse osmosis drinking water, and more. It’s hard to find a better place with all these features in the area.
This is a duplex but you'll have access to the entire unit. The backyard is huge and open to other guests that are staying, but feel free to use it as well. Plenty of parking is available on the property itself. There is also free street parking.
You also have your own private porch.
We offer laundry service for a very small fee. this would include pickup, wash, dry, fold, and delivery.
Longer term stays are required to supply their own toiletries, household paper products and bed linens.
