Positive: Bed was comfortable. Space was well laid out.
Negative: Supplies were sparse. The listing said toiletries were provided. There was one bottle of liquid soap in the bathroom for both the sink and shower. That was it.
Bathroom was not well cleaned. Toilet and sink were clean but not the floor and corners. Not enough wall hooks.
We told the host that the box of tissues was empty but he did not refill it during our stay.
Location was inconvenient to the subway, restaurants and stores. It’s about 4 blocks to the nearest bus stop and then a ways to the subway. We took lots of Ubers to the subway.
Summary: This location is probably better for people who have friends or family nearby.

Bed was comfortable. Space was well laid out.
Negative:
