“I overall enjoyed the automated check in process and how clean and modern the facilities were. It was really quiet most of the time, and it's pretty easy access to downtown Sapporo.”

“Overall, I liked my stay at BROOKLYN Hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our room was spacious. We found everything we needed, including toiletries, and the shared areas were also clean. I had seen reviews mentioning noise in the common areas, but during our stay they were empty and completely quiet. A practical tip for guests who are not very familiar with electronic locks: after entering the code at the main entrance, press the bell icon. To open your room, enter the code provided by the hotel and then press the hashtag key (#). This was not completely clear to me from the instructions, so I am sharing the knowledge with others. ;-) The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the station with a suitcase. The immediate area is very quiet, while the busier restaurant and entertainment area is around a 30-minute walk away. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.”
