Generosity of the host and swift responses. Spottlessly clean. Excellent kitchen equipment a real treat . Bed and linen super comfortable. All the mod cons and tec you wish for. Great base for exploring. Hope to be back. Will recommend to friends and family.

Everything you could imagine was available - appliances, cutlery / crockery / utensils were immaculately clean and in good working order, a fridge full of goodies, all rooms were perfect and spotless, heating works, has really good washing machine / tumbler. Generally you felt as if you were living at home - can't even think of any negative points whatsoever. We also we able to park right in front of the house all the time. The hosts live next door - so if there was any issue, you can get it sorted almost immediately. Location is good for Caernarfon, Snowdon and nature parks.

A Spectacular place to stay, so lovely, Clean, full of wonderful tech, I would say it was perfect in every way. The best place I have ever had the pleasure of staying throughout my whole life. Both of our Hosts who welcomed us and showed us around were fantastic. I cant recommend this property enough, and wish both hosts all the success they deserve with all thair commitent to making it a fabulous place to stay. We will hope to return soon.

We all loved our stay. The house had everything you could possibly need with lots of extra touches. A real home from home. The owners are very friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer.
Negative:
It would be nice to have an outside light at the front door as hard to see the path and where your stepping especially for older guests.
