Now for specifics - it's about 3000SF - 3 bedrooms/2 baths (one bedroom on the main floor w/ a queen bed). Bedrooms upstairs have a double bed and a comfy cot for a child and and a California king bed in the primary - huge rooms with dormers. Back to the downstairs - large country kitchen with eating area and sun room (and yes there is sunshine in Oregon!). Walk thru the French doors to a large deck and fire pit.
About 1/3 acre fenced lot. There is also a covered patio for entertaining year around outside the huge family room(with a gas stove) which is on the other end of the home from the kitchen area. Formal dining room and living room (with fireplace) if you are in the mood! Very traditional style - homey, warm and comfortable.
Close to shopping - downtown Portland and the wine country. Just an hour and a half from the coast which is a must see as well as Mt Hood and the Columbia Gorge. Bend, Oregon is just 3 hours away as is Seattle, Washington - so there is alot to see and do. You will love the area as well as my home! Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio.
