Positive: Noel and the staff was lovely. The location is good and inside parking was a plus. Noel was super lovely and helpful. The breakfast was basic, but good.
Rooms might need some maintenance but it was good value for money.
Negative: The rooms had a damp smell and toilet didn’t flush well.
Summary: Good value for the money

Positive: The host was very kind and the location was good
Negative: The mattress had sank around the middle by 4am (I’m 54kgs…), there was no hot water and the pressure was super low. I think the difference in price to other options didn’t reflect the state of the room installations. The host mentioned only a couple of rooms needed an upgrade. He was really nice but looking at other reviews I think the rating here would need to be more balanced…
Summary: Stay in single bed is not worth 13USD per night compared to other options
