Summary: Calypso is a fine place, with one of Crete's most comfortable and scenic balconies. Antonis welcomed us warmly and showed us to our room, which was beautifully equipped and had an impressive balcony overlooking the Libyan Sea. The food at Calypso is freshly prepared and very tasty, with its emphasis on Cretan cuisine.

Summary: A pleasant family run hotel right on the beach in Agia Roumeli. The family is so kind and friendly — made the stay extra enjoyable. The hotel dinner and breakfast were both very good and set on a terrace overlooking the beach. Really loved our stay there.

Summary: Great location. Can see the sea from your balcony. We had breakfast there, really good, and fast service. Shower had no curtains, so end up splashing most of the bathroom

Summary: The room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay, but most importantly the bins were not emptied. In such a hot climate i find that unacceptable.
