Positive: What an experience, just wow! Everything was perfect: the staff, the food, everything. The camp is literally right in the middle of the desert, which makes it even more special. I highly recommend it!
Negative: Maybe adding more activities for the campers would make the experience a perfect 10/10, but just hanging around in the desert is already amazing.

Positive: The location of the camp is amazing. The host/driver picked us up in Douz and drove around 120Km in the desert. The ride was crazy, if you have motion sickness, be prepared. The dinner in the camp was really really good, better than our expectation. The starry night was also stunning, we saw so many stars in the pitch black night. The hosts were also nice.
Negative: To be fair, both our driver and host doesn't really speak English, so communiation was kinda poor. To me the ride in the desert was a bit too much, I felt dizzy the whole day after. Lastly, the price was also quite high - one night for a camp 140 euro plus 140 euro for the desert ride which is not included in the booking price page.
Summary: Nice but luxury

Positive:
Camp Abdelmoula is really private and is located 2.5 hours away by 4x4 from their base in Douz. It's in a beautiful location surrounded by dunes (where we climbed up to enjoy the sunset and sunrise) and mountains.
Staff are friendly and the food here is wonderful. We really enjoyed dinner.
There's hot water in the shower room.
Camp facilities are basic, bring your own lights to see better inside the tent. It will be cold in winter so proper warm clothes is required as the blankets are not enough to keep warm.
If you don't have a proper 4x4, you will need to go in their cars and that will be additional fee. Check with Camp Abdelmoula on the cost.
All transactions are cash only in Euro or Dinar.
Negative:
1. Too few shower/toilet facilities for the number of tents/guests they're catering for. The shower room could do with a holder for guests to place their soap/shampoo etc.
2. The location given (for the parking lot/assembly area) was a few meters short of the actual location. We ended up inside someone's yard. I would suggest updating the location given to guests and to have clear directional signages nearer to the parking lot/assembly area.
3. Suggestion: to provide bottled water (for drinking) in each tent as complimentary.
Summary: A camp deep inside the desert
