Excellent hotel with very large, comfortable and quiet room. Very efficient and professional service from Doga, Metin plus cleaning and food service personnel. Good advices concerning excursions also. We would definitely come back.

This hotel made our stay in Cappadocia..perfect! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The property is very nice. The breakfast is amazing. The staff was very friendly. Murat was very accommodating, helpful, and kind. I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

I booked this place for my mother as a birthday gift. She stayed with her friends. They both loved the place. They felt safe and welcoming. They liked the breakfast, the room and the staff. I highly recommend this place, especially for single ladies.

Absolutely superb. The hotel is located in a on the top of a ridge with a spectacular view, and is close to fabulous restaurants and a wonderful town. The hotel itself is tastefully maintained, clean and quaint with all the modern amenities. Murat is an exceptionally gracious and knowledgeable host. Felt like some out of an Ivory merchant movie. Canyon Cave Hotel was the best choice for me. It was small, quiet, clean and convenient. Murat, the host was very accommodating and friendly. He organised tours and transfers, and communicated well throughout the stay. The hotel is in Urgup and was also a better choice for me. It’s smaller, has less tourists and is less polluted than Goreme. Overall, an excellent stay.

The manager/owner Mr. Murat was very accommodating on the 3 days we stayed. He provide good local informations and made reservations for us on last minute tours we wanted to do. The hotel is very clean and centrally located to everything. Definitely, will stay again to this hotel.

Murat absolutely makes this place! He was so welcoming and helpful to us. We came with no plans, so he helped us every morning figure out what to do. Each night he was interested to hear what we did and what we thought. It made us feel welcomed and listened to. He was so friendly and created a great community with everyone staying there. Everyone we talked to remarked on how much they had enjoyed their stay because of Murat. Every morning, there was a wonderful spread for breakfast. We sat on the terrace, taking in a lovely view and relaxing before heading out on adventures. While you can't see the balloons in the morning from the terrace, you can see a lovely sunset. The room was just what we were looking for in a cave hotel room. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very clean and nice. The service was absolutely excellent! We are SOO glad we stayed here! Highly recommend!
