The reversed floor plan maximises the breathtaking scenery and birdlife, with open-plan living and dining on the first level creating an effortless space for entertaining. A gourmet kitchen, featuring a large stone island and premium stainless steel appliances, flows seamlessly onto a covered balcony terrace. The four-bedroom layout includes a deluxe master suite with an ensuite, walk-in robe, and a private balcony positioned to welcome the morning sun through the Moonah trees. The ground floor hosts three additional robed bedrooms, serviced by an oversized family bathroom and separate toilet, offering a practical and stylish family-friendly design.
