“Ok nice clean room although radiators went off during the evening. Had to send a text to request it back on.
Breakfast was a hit and miss affair with feint chalk instructions re coffee that wasn’t visible and a lot of guesswork. ”

“This would have been absolutely lovely if the heating was working and if there was hot water. They sent a text message after I contacted them which indicated the heating was on, and to look at the heater it appeared to be on however there was no heat. I ran the water in the shower and the handbasin for well over 10 mins and got nothing but cold! If these things were working this would have been lovely!”

“This is a lovely little hotel, nice, clean and comfortable, easy check in and key pickup, not too far from the centre and a nice continental breakfast. We would recommend this hotel and next time we're in llandudno we'll be staying here. ”
