Positive: Nice, new, modern and calm (no traffic) accommodation. Beautiful 270° views over the lake and mountains. The sunny side of Lake Como - not to underestimated benefit especially in spring or autumn. Marco as perfect host (whatsapp chat if required, otherwise discrete). Walking distance to lake / boat / city center (good shoes helpful, steep and nice). Hiking can start from apartment. Comparably (!) easy access (street) to apartment for Lake Como circumstances, own gated parking, very safe neighborhood anyhow. We could also put our bicycles in a garage. Wifi worked stable (16Mbit I'd say)
Negative: Basically everything was fine. Maybe a few more cutlery to use the dishwasher less

The house and any installation is in perfect condition. Everything like brandnew, and it was so clean! Marco is a perfect host, always answering immediately and personally there to pass the keys. Everything you need is there, and you feel that there was a lot of enthusiasm and work to establish this house. Thank you Marco, we had great days!
