Positive: Really nice and clean apartment in a good location, close to the beach, the stores and cafes. It has a private parking. But the best part is the owner, Gilda. Really really helpful and kind. She gave us all kinds of info on where to eat, what to see, where to buy stuff, she is very responsive and nice.
Negative: The only downside is that the apartment is a bit too cold for the winter, but it can be managed with a couple of heaters provided by the owner.

Positive: The apartment is in a great location — just 5 minutes from the beach and the main street, and very close to the train station with frequent regional trains to Rome and Naples (only 1 hour to Naples). The apartment is clean, cozy, and well equipped, with comfortable beds, a lovely balcony, and a quiet atmosphere at night.
Gilda is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful, and her assistant met us at the station and explained everything. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

Positive:
Gilda was excellent communicating. Someone was waiting at the property to hand us the keys and show us around. The property was delightful with a lovely little balcony and everything you could need in the kitchen and Gilda had gone the extra mile with lots of other thoughtful things that might be needed. The property was in an idea location for us and had great AC, which is really important for myself.
Negative:
The single sofa bed could do with a thicker mattress.
Summary: Delightful property. Very attentive but not intrusive, thoughtful, helpful owner. Would stay again.
