Our beautiful ground-floor apartment with garden and terrace offers two attractive, barrier-free rooms, a hallway, a bathroom, and a kitchen. A highlight of the apartment is the stunning southwest-facing terrace with a garden. You'll love our apartment because of its central yet very quiet location, modern furnishings, and cleanliness. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children).
The Living Space
The apartment has just been newly furnished. We aim to provide our guests with all the comforts they are used to from home during their stay. Our bathroom is equipped with an extra-large Pharaoh massage shower. Additionally, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, microwave, and coffee machine.
A TV with HDTV is just as standard as high-speed (200MB/s) LAN and Wi-Fi. The beds are extra high, and the mattresses are new Bodyguard mattresses (the best ever tested by Stiftung Warentest). The apartment is on the ground floor, and you can access it step-free through the garden, with one step at the main entrance. We store the key in a key safe on the terrace, so you can check in at any time without us.
The apartment is about 55 square meters in size and is cleaned after each stay, with the linens changed. The bed is freshly made, and all towels are replaced.
A Miele washing machine and dryer belonging to the apartment are also available in the house, along with an iron and ironing board.
The apartment is ideal for the needs of modern commuters. The bed in the bedroom is 1.80 m by 2.10 m, and the mattress is a Bodyguard by Bett1 (the best mattress ever tested). For families, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a second bed. If you’re traveling with more than four people, we can set up a large, extra-high air mattress in the bedroom.
All rooms have underfloor heating.

Guest Access
You will have access to the entire apartment, the garden, the parking space, and the laundry room in the basement, where you can wash and dry clothes 24 hours a day without disturbing anyone. Our apartment is equipped with a privacy-safe device that monitors the environment within the accommodation (including noise levels, temperature, movement, and cigarette smoke) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and that our neighbors are not disturbed.
The safety of our guests, their belongings, and our holiday home is important to us, which is why we have installed a camera on the terrace. It acts as an advanced motion detector and is mainly used between guest stays. If this bothers you, you can unplug the camera at the socket below. You may also leave it plugged in during your stay, for example, at night or when you’re away. Please make sure to plug the camera back in before you check out. The recorded footage is encrypted on-site and automatically deleted after 10 days.
