Positive: The room is spacious, clean and well decorated. It is conveniently close to the light rail station and the Arno River, making it easy to visit local attractions or just wander around. The kitchen is great, equipped with all the kitchenware you need.
Negative: It would be better if spices like peppers were offered
Summary: It is an artistically beautiful, convenient and comfortable apartment to stay in while in Florence

Positive: The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable and it was in a beautiful location.
Negative: The listing specified 3 bathrooms which was the determinant for selecting this location. Upon arriving, we learned it was 2 1/2 bathrooms. When I inquired, I was told that the listing said “3 private bathrooms” meaning they weren’t shared, although it is typical to differentiate when the bathrooms are complete with shower/bathtub and when they only have a toilet.
Summary: Although disappointed about the bathroom situation, we enjoyed our stay.

Positive:
The space was spread out, and the bathrooms/showers were very modern and beautiful.
Negative:
The couches/ living room furniture had a pet odor smell associated with it and the furniture was very low for adults to sit on.
Additionally, there were no instructions from the property owners about how to use the appliances - specifically the clothes washer/dryer.
Summary: Great place for family of 5 to stay for a few nights in Florence
