Positive: The host and staff were vary gracious. The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained.

Negative: About a 25 minute walk from the Caminha train station and town centre. With no Ubers or taxis available in Caminha, it's not practical for people without cars. The host is a lovely man, but he's getting on and was rarely available, and the other staff don't have any english, so communication was difficult. The room itself was extremely dank and musty, with an unpleasant smell that didn't go away. The beds were tiny spring mattresses.

Summary: Like visiting a long-lost relative in a beautiful but fading estate gone to seed.
