“One of the best experiences ever with rental accommodation. The house is gorgeous and comfortable, the owners renovated it keeping the old Alentejo charm which is honestly perfect. One of the biggest highlights was the biological pool, it's such a great experience! The pool is super clean with loads of adorable frogs sitting on lotus flowers , so beautiful and great to escape the heat. The hosts are fantastic, they provided some goods upon our arrival (water, delicious cheese, bread) , breakfast every morning and were relentless in ensuring we had everything we needed. If you're planning a trip to Alentejo you MUST stay at Casa do Alto da Eira !! Oh, PS - there's also a beautiful freshwater beach 5min drive away with trees planted in the sand for shade. Unreal!”
