Positive:
The whole facility was exceptionally clean, including all the common areas. The coffee maker in the shared kitchen made excellent coffee, which was a joy to drink while sitting in the garden. We had a car, so we were about 5 minutes from wonderful restaurants and Ceahlau Park and its hiking trails. The bed was an actual king size, as advertised. The mattress was new and firm. Finally, the woman who runs the place is #1. She also runs the mini-market attached to Casa Luca. It is stocked with everything you could need, including the freshest seasonal Romanian fruits and vegetables. Thumbs up and five stars!
Negative:
We loved everything!

Positive:
Good value for the money in a good location for hiking or water sports on Bicaz lake.
We arrived late and left early, but everything was clean and we enjoyed a warm shower and a good sleep.
Negative:
The shower has a curtain and water comes a bit out on the floor, but there was a rug to absorbe it

Summary: It was a wonderful experience and the location played an important role in it
