“Very clean and safe place to stay. Security guard was very welcoming and helped me to find the nearest car wash place. Very poor customer service from the night shift staff member who worked on April 28th to May 1st. I arrived at around 2am on April 29th, she hard headset in both ears possibly dosing off. She could hear me walking in to the front desk until i called "hello hello" multiple times. When i talked to he about my reservation that she happened not to have on the list left to her by her supervisor, she seemed to be so bothered by the questions i asked. She gave me a paper to write my information and then a room key followed by directions on how to locate the room. I couldn't understand how she directed me and i asked her to repeat her self which she did,but with alot of frustration. I thought that she was having a bad night or long night. Following moring, i asked her about my reservation that wasn't clarified, she again had the same attitude. 3rd day i received the same attitude. I came to a conclusion that maybe she wasn't trained about customer care. On Tuesday May 2nd, i got a chance to have a different lady at the front desk. Instead she was the opposite of the other one. She saw me and welcomed me with a smile and said hi as well. Too bad i forgot to get the name of the employee who received me at this hotel. And i used to leave in the morning and come back at night, so i didn't get a chance to see any other employees until my last day on Tuesday morning.”

“Comfortable bed, staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. Internet is in lobby/bar only, but is decent and there are many comfortable chairs spread throughout. I'm a repeat customer, and will be again.”
