“Right above the beach with stairway down to the sand. Nice pool and deck. Friendly, service-oriented staff. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Excellent view of the bay”

“Room was musty and bed was like a rock and pillows were musty. Floor was not clean our feet were always dirty. Nice pool but no space for chairs and umbrellas. ”

“Very few places that were friendly to your rear end and back. There was no relief when going to bed because that was a hard rock. Also, the location is great and the food and service is absolutely wonderful. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and move all day and night keeping the place tidy and cleaning up after those that don’t know how to pick up after themselves.”

“Gerardo Moreno, the manager and Adela Ramos the receptionist are always super kind, friendly and helpful. I've been staying at Hotel Caracol and Sun and Moon for years. It's always a pleasure to come back and see familiar faces. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended! ”
