“10/10 – A true hidden gem in Balagne We had a wonderful stay at Casaromatica and would happily come back. The hosts were the real asset of the place: incredibly welcoming, warm and genuinely eager to help, while never being pushy. We immediately felt at ease and at home. The room was perfect — spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, with lovely little touches such as plenty of towels, bathrobes and quality soap. The pool, jacuzzi and surrounding garden are what really make this place special. It feels like a hidden little oasis of peace and tranquillity, with a subtle Moroccan feel. The perfect place to slow down and relax after a day exploring Balange. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious, generous, clearly prepared with care and many local products. The location is also excellent for exploring Balagne. We did a beautiful hike from the accomodation to the little mountain villages of Corbara and Pigna (recommended by our host!), and there are plenty of other great places to discover nearby, such as the beautiful beaches. And one final tip: don't miss the delicious pizzas from the hosts' daughter at La Pizz, just down the road! Overall, a genuinely lovely experience. 10/10 — highly recommended.”
