“The staff were all very friendly and helful. The hotel is well located, very quite place, well connected to bus stop (nearest metro statition 10 minutes by bus) ... Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection. Room basic but was clean with the essence. Ability to store your liggage after check out. Carpets and textile covering of upholstered furnuture need to be replaced as soon as possible! very outdated :-(”

“Good beds, kind of roomy. furniture are a little old although I understand it's part of the hotel's scheme. they offer free and good breakfast however their hot meals weren't really hot. The only complaint I could have was the AC which you had to ask them to turn it on for you from front desk every time you were coming back to your room, weird!”

“Travelling from Goreme to Istanbul, we needed a nice hotel to stay for the night. I didn't want the typical cookie-cutter modern room and was able to find this moderately priced hotel in a good location. We selected their King Suite room, which I was told was their best room. The staff was very friendly, and parked our car and took up our bags. The room was big and wonderfully appointed with nice romantic styled furniture. The bathroom was quite small though and I had been hoping for a spa tub and was quite disappointed that we didn't get that in our room. I was at a loss why such a huge room would have such a tiny bathroom - it doesn't make much sense. Oh well - after we checked in we walked around the area and took in the vast multitude of restaurants, stores and cafes in the nearby area so we could find a place to eat dinner. When we returned to the hotel however, there was a problem with our room key and there was no power in our room, which took them about thirty minutes to fix. Our room included breakfast and the dining room was very clean and nice with a very large selection of typical Turkish food with a few western selections. Check out was very fast and they brought our car to the front for us. It was rather enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it - especially for its location.”

“Otele girdiğimiz gün 5'e kadar temizlik devam etti, süpürge sesleri bir türlü susmadı. Odalarda kesinlikle ses yalıtımı yok. Çıkış yapacağımız gün check out saatine 15 dakika kala çıkıyor musunuz diye aradı resepsiyon. Kahvaltı vasat bile değil. Bunlar haricinde otel temiz, odalar yeterli büyüklükte ve dizaynı güzeldi. The room cleaning went on until 5 pm on our check in day, vacuum cleaner did not stop in no way. There is no sound insulation in the rooms. 15 minutes before the checkout time, the reception called to ask if we leave. The breakfast not even mediocre. Apart from these, hotel is clean, enough size rooms and beautiful design.”
