“Room is not cleaned properly specially under the table/chairs. Breakfast is okay, very basic. Our concern is that they charge us an item from the room that we did not take. We communicated with the owners regarding this but they just ignore our communication and concern. The cost was CA$6.00 , though it is not much, but it is the principle. Because of that we were not impressed that they just ignore our concern.”
