My experience was very good as I stayed there for two nights as I was attending a wedding in that area. I didn't use lots of amenities they provided such as pool , bar, etc. The staff was very helpful over the phone and the rooms are very clean.
The staff was friendly and kind, but the room was not as clean as it could have been (hair in tub and loose staples on the floor).
Our stay at Catskill Seasons exceeded our expectations. The room was just wonderful, clean, large, and with pleasant decoration. The kitchen had everything, we also had a great shower, and everything in the room was of top quality. We were surprised. We did not even bother with the TV not working, because what we really wanted was peace and quiet, to be away from the news. Because we arrived on Sunday afternoon, we could not enjoy the breakfast included in the booking. This did not prevent us from enjoying our stay. Phoenicia is very close, and we had dinner and breakfast there. The property is very well located, near main roads in Catskill County. Scenic driving was a delight. In our room, there was a balcony that opened to green mountains and the starry sky, which we truly enjoyed. We would return by all means.
