Positive: The location alone makes this apartment worth staying at—close to bars, cafes, shops, and the Old Town. The apartment is clean, spacious, and beautiful. Having an elevator in the building is great, especially being on the 5th floor.

Negative: On the downside, basic amenities were missing when we arrived—no towels or toilet paper. The host provided them after we asked, but guests shouldn't have to request the absolute basics. Additionally, the projector and speaker didn't work, and the bedroom TV remote was broken, so we couldn't turn the TV on. The kitchen has plenty of cookware, but lacks essentials like kitchen towels, salt, and sugar. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher, but no detergents were left, so you can't really use them

Positive: The location and view were perfect.

Positive: Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. It is very spacious, sunny and the location can't be better. We will be happy to visit it again!

Negative: Was operated by a company, hadn't realised this when I booked. I often find that apartments operated by a company are not well equipped and this was indeed the case. There were no wine glasses (in Italy!) and only one coffee cup. Lots of other things missing, almost too numerous to mention - bathmat, tea towel... When we messaged the company about these things we only got a reply after we'd checked out

Positive: Property with high potential, as it is located in a strategic and pleasant area. The flat is a good size and very sunny. However, it is poorly managed. There is a coffee machine, but no coffee pods provided, nor any instructions on which capsules are compatible. There wasn’t even a courtesy bottle of water upon arrival. The dishes and cutlery were messy and dirty. Towels were not white and didn’t smell fresh or clean. The air conditioning units work well, but are full of dust inside. Staff are okay, but not particularly friendly. Suitable for a night or two at most.

Positive: Very spacious and clean, the host was super responsive and helped fix a problem while we were away. Very close to the center and to the train station.

Negative: Luggage storing at the day of the departure was 5 euros/bag.

Positive: The accommodation is in a central area, close to many tourist attractions. We felt very good. Communication with Claudia was very easy and she provided us with everything we needed. Check-in is very simple, you receive a code to enter the building, then you will find the keys in a locker.

Positive: The location is perfect, it’s near the old city, near the stores and grocery stores, also not so far from the train station.

Negative: Everything was good. Wanted to use washing machine, but it was mold in the detergent compartment.
