Summary: This was a first-class little hotel. No, it isn't the Ritz, but it is a very clean, spectacularly maintained motel. The room was large, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a loveseat in the room too, so we could watch TV without lying down in bed.
We chatted with the hosts a couple of times and found them nice & helpful. In fact, we accidentally left a bag behind in the room, and we didn't get 10 miles down the road before they called us to let us know. We were able to go back with very little inconvenience, get the bag, and resume our trip.
Add to that the fact that the price was very reasonable.
This has nothing to do with the hotel, but since they do not serve breakfast, we recommend The Pines Cafe. It is a wonderful old-fashioned cafe with great food & service.

Summary: We arrived late but they had everything ready for us to make our check-in quick and easy. The motel was very clean and looked like everything was recently remodeled with a mid-century modern charm. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We had a 10 hour drive with 5 young children. We were arriving way past the check in time. The staff was very helpful with accommodating us. We arrived to a very clean room. We had to add another night on our stay. Very simple process and lovely people. Highly recommend!
