Absolutelly everything! Great location, the size/ facilities suitable for a long stay. Supermarket, taverna with the Patra Castle view just around the corner. Bakery-across the road. City centre will all the shops-only few mins walk. Furthermore, there is a safe parking area for 5eu p/d just under apt. And the most important thing-beds 100% comfort. Defo will be back.

Positive:
Very spacious with a big bed. Two bedrooms and for me personally a bathtub and washer are big plus. Close to city center. The host was kind enough to let me in before check-in time so I could leave my luggage. Two balconies front and back.. I used to stay in a hotel nearby, but from the next visit on, this is the place for me in Patra. Just love it.
Negative:
Had to press in for hot water every time as it shuts down automatically.
Summary: THE place in Patra

Positive:
Spacious rooms equipped with all household appliances, conveniently located in the center of Patras, and featuring a cozy terrace.
Negative:
The property is semi-renovated. The bathroom lacks ventilation or a window, and the bathtub is of an old style, definitely requiring a non-slip mat. It would be advisable to replace the balcony doors and the main entrance for better soundproofing and enhanced security.
