“What a find this was... We could have happily spent a few days here but we were only passing through this time en route to se France.
There was a nice, family-run feel to this accommodation. Jannick was there to meet and welcome us and shake hands in person. He couldn't do enough for us to be honest whilst we were there.
The accomodation was perfect for us. It's is in a very old building but we loved the character and feel of the place. It is surrounded by peaceful countryside.
The accomodation was clean throughout.
The breakfast spread was impressive and Jannick regularly checked that we were happy with what was offered.
When it was time to leave, we had a personal 'goodbye' from Jannick.
All in all, we were very happy with our time spent here and wouldn't hesitate to use this place again should we ever be in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

“Charming property! Very warm welcome, lovely big family room, comfortable beds and delightful home made continental breakfast. If you want nightlife on your doorstep this isn’t your place, but if you want a cosy and classically French stopover with a great host then this is a great bet.”

“The building and location is very lovely, the gentleman who runs the chateau was incredibly friendly and interesting. He made me and my family very welcome. The breakfast was delightful too. We have 3 small children and stayed in the family suite which was great for us. ”

“The most beautiful location, the building and the welcome was perfect. My kids and dog loved being in the freedom of the countryside. We didn’t have to travel too far for an evening meal. The chateau has such wonderful charm and was clean and extremely comfortable. I had such a good night sleep. My kids slept really well too. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely exceptional! Thank you so much, we have recommended here to lots of people already ☺️”

“Great to be able to stay in a castle dated 17th century. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Super and knowledgeable owner. General Patton stay in this castle during WW2. ”
